You are welcome to follow along with the drinks that will be featured, or make one of your choosing. The featured drinks may be purchased as a cocktail kit in advance and shipped to you, or may be made with your own ingredients from a recipe that will be shared upon registration. Aja Nichols is a professional trainer with a passion for mixology and broad knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. After 15 years in Information Technology, she left her tech career to find a path in the beverage industry. An experienced bartender, Aja has worked at top notch establishments in Chicago, IL and Albuquerque, NM. She is currently pouring exceptional sparkling wine as a Tasting Room Associate at Gruet Winery in Albuquerque and plans to start her own business as a one-stop shop for cocktail creation and home bar supply in 2022.

Professional bartender training by A List Startenders, Chicago, IL
BarSmarts certification by Pernod Ricard
Mixology Certification by A Bar Above (anticipated late 2021)
