Sujata brings over two decades of nonprofit experience to enhance the impact of philanthropy – foundations, donors and social change organizations. She has managed social impact organizations, led a public foundation and advised others in strategic planning, grantmaking, evaluation and research. She has served in leadership positions on local and national boards. She currently serves as a senior fellow with pfc social impact advisors.

She brings expertise in organizational development and growth, financial management, and team building. Sujata has extensive experience in growing organizations; improving employee retention; and establishing organizations as thought leaders in their fields.

Sujata is particularly interested in supporting social impact organizations in their growth strategy. She deploys her skills in building strong executive teams, efficient operations and infrastructure and leadership development.

Sujata holds a Ph.D. from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Stuart School of Business at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
