For more than a century, women and girls have been on the frontlines fighting for their lives, advocating for access, autonomy, and advancement.

As women and girls continue to face economic insecurities, threats to their safety and accessible health care, now, more than ever, is the time for men and boys to join in the fight for equality.

After nearly a year of meeting with women, men, girls and boys, across sectors and across communities, we learned that Chicago is ready for gender equity.

But what stands in the way of equity?
