Chicago Foundation for Women is proud to announce the 2022 Willie’s Warriors Leadership Initiative cohort. The 17 Warriors represent a cross-section of Black women leaders from diverse backgrounds, sectors, and industries.

Over 9 months, the Warriors will gain a better sense of themselves as leaders and develop skills related to systems change, economic empowerment, communications, and strategic alliances, while building a close-knit support network with their fellow Warriors.
