As lead of strategic category management for BP’s downstream global procurement function, Monica Campbell is responsible for developing policies and processes to ensure the 300+ global team achieves its short- and long-term strategic objectives. During her time at BP, Monica has supported diversity and inclusion efforts through women’s and African American resource groups while also volunteering with youth mentoring initiatives sponsored by BP.

Prior to joining BP, Monica held varying positions of leadership in consulting and corporate America with several Fortune 100 companies. Monica is an alumna of CFW’s Board Boot Camp and has served on the Board of Directors for Camp of Dreams, a local organization providing after school and summer enrichment programming for underserved Chicago youth. She also works with the Arts & Business Council of Chicago and Compass Chicago, serving as a pro bono volunteer consultant, providing strategic direction to local nonprofits that serve women and children.

Monica is a Chicago native, Chicago Public schools alumna, proud graduate of Florida A&M University, and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
