Morgan Diamond is a social worker dedicated to economic justice. Throughout her career, she has served in roles that allow her to connect youth and marginalized adults to employment opportunities and financial capital. Morgan currently serves as the Midwest Program Manager at Young Invincibles, a national nonprofit committed to expanding economic opportunity for young adults. In this role, Morgan researches and advocates for policies that improve Illinoisans’ access to debt-free career pathways and serves as the chair of the Illinois Workforce Innovation Board’s Apprenticeship Committee Systems and Support Work Group.

In addition to her experience in workforce and economic development, Morgan earned a license in clinical social work and researches the connection between mental and economic well-being. A native North Carolinian, Morgan received both her BA and MSW degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has called Chicago home for the last eight years.
