Use this form to join or renew your membership with a Giving Council or Giving Circle of CFW. Each Giving Council and Circle has set its annual member donation amount which may be made as one sum or in monthly / quarterly installments.

If setting up monthly / quarterly installments, the total amount of the member donation is due in full by:
October 31, 2021 for South Side Giving Circle,
April 30, 2022 for all other Councils and Circles

ANNUAL MEMBER DONATIONS

Giving Councils

LBTQ Giving Council: a minimum of $250
Women of Color United Giving Council:  Range between $250 - $1000
Young Women's Giving Council: Range between $75 - $360 based on the following suggestions:
◊  $75, annual income of less than $35,000
◊  $150, annual income between $35,000 - $49,999
◊  $250, annual income between $50,000 - $74,999
◊  $360, annual income of $75,000+

Giving Circles

North Shore Giving Circle: Range between $1000 - $3000+
South Side Giving Circle: Range between $500 - $1500+
West Side Giving Circle: Range between $250 - $2500+
Western Suburbs Giving Circle: a minimum of $1000
